Return and Exchange Policy

If for any reason you are not entirely happy with your order, we're here to help. Please read our Exchange & Return policy carefully to ensure a smooth process.
Exchange Policy
- A small Delivery fee of ₹99 will be charged in case of exchange which the customer will have to pay while requesting exchange for their product.
- You may exchange a product within 48 hours of receiving your order. Requests submitted beyond this timeframe will not be considered.
- Exchanges are only available for size changes of the same product and same colour.
- To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags attached. We Only accept exchange in case of defective items or size issues.
- Exchanges are subject to availability. If the desired item is out of stock, we will issue a store credit instead.
- We reserve the right to refuse any exchange if we determine that the item has been worn, damaged, or altered in any way.

Reverse Pickup Process
- Reverse pick-up will be done by us, at charge of ₹99.
- However, there will be only one reverse pick-up provided for one order.
- Reverse Pick Up is subject to service availability in your area pin code.
- In exceptional circumstances, you may be asked to send the products through a reliable courier if reverse pick-up is not available in your area.
Note: If your reverse pickup is not completed within 24-48 hours of approval, please reach out to us so we can reinitiate the request with our courier partners. In some areas, pickup delays are beyond our control, and we may need to follow up to ensure the process is completed. If we are not informed and the 7-day return/exchange window expires, we may be unable to process your request.
Return Policy
A small Delivery fee of ₹99 will be charged in case of return and balance amount will be converted into a Store Credit.
- We only provide refunds in the form of Store Credit which can be used in the next purchase from our online store.
- You may return a product within 48 hours of receiving your order. Requests submitted beyond this timeframe will not be considered.
- If you receive an incorrect or missing item, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order to remain eligible for a return or exchange. Requests submitted beyond this timeframe will not be considered. Additionally, a clear and uninterrupted unboxing video is required to process your request. The video must visibly demonstrate the condition of the items upon delivery, highlighting any discrepancies or issues.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags attached. We Only accept returns in case of defective items.

Prepaid Orders – RTO (Return to Origin) Policy
In cases where a prepaid order is returned to us due to non-acceptance, including but not limited to:
- Refusal to accept delivery
- Incorrect or incomplete address
- Customer unavailability
- Failure to collect the order
The order will be classified as RTO (Return to Origin).
- Refunds are NOT provided for prepaid RTO orders.
- Once the product is received back and passes a quality check:
- Store Credit will be issued after deducting ₹99 towards reverse shipping and handling charges.
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
- Store Credit cannot be transferred, converted to cash, or withdrawn.
Placing a prepaid order and not accepting delivery does not make the order eligible for a refund.
Snapmint Orders – Refund & RTO Policy
Orders placed using Snapmint (Pay Later / EMI option) are governed by the following terms:
- If a Snapmint order is returned by the customer or not accepted at the time of delivery (RTO), the order will be processed under this policy.
- The initial partially paid installment made by the customer to Snapmint will be refunded after deducting ₹99 towards reverse shipping and handling charges.
- The refund will be initiated only after the product is received back by us and passes a quality check.
- The refunded amount will be credited back to the original source of payment used on Snapmint, as per Snapmint’s refund timelines and policies.
- Any shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.
- No additional cash refunds or store credits will be issued beyond the Snapmint refund process.
- Refusal to accept delivery or failure to receive the order does not make the customer eligible for a full refund.
By selecting Snapmint as a payment method, the customer agrees to this policy along with HYPD’s standard Exchange & Return Policy.
PRUF / Pay After Delivery (PAD) – RTO & Refund Policy
Orders placed using PRUF / Pay After Delivery (PAD) are subject to the following terms:
- If a customer does not accept the order at the time of delivery or the order is returned to origin (RTO) for any reason, the order will be processed under this policy.
- A charge equal to 10% of the total order value will be deducted as reverse shipping, handling, and processing charges.
- This 10% deduction is non-refundable.
- The remaining amount, if any, will be refunded to the customer.
- The refund will be initiated only after the product is received back by us and passes a quality check.
- The refund will be credited to the original source of payment, as per PRUF’s refund timelines and policies.
- Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.
- Refusal to accept delivery or failure to receive the order does not qualify for a full refund.
By selecting PRUF / Pay After Delivery as the payment method, the customer agrees to this policy along with HYPD’s Exchange & Return Policy.
Return Policy for PRUF Orders
In case a PRUF order is returned after delivery (as per HYPD’s return eligibility):
- A ₹99 return fee will be deducted.
- The remaining amount will be issued as Store Credit only.
Store Credit:
- Can be used on future purchases at hypdsports.com
- Cannot be transferred, converted to cash, or withdrawn
Exchange Policy for PRUF Orders
- In case of an exchange request, a ₹99 exchange fee will be charged.
- Exchanges are allowed only for size issues of the same product and same colour, subject to availability.
- If the requested size is unavailable, Store Credit will be issued.
By choosing PRUF / Pay After Delivery (PAD) as the payment method, the customer agrees to this policy along with HYPD’s Exchange & Return Policy.
Innerwear Policy
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, innerwear items are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable under any circumstances.
This policy applies to, but is not limited to:
- Innerwear / Undergarments
- Socks
- Caps
Once delivered, these items cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded, even in cases of size issues, fit concerns, or customer preference.
This policy is in place to maintain the highest standards of hygiene and customer safety and is non-negotiable.
Customers are advised to review product details, size charts, and descriptions carefully before placing an order for innerwear items.
